I was looking for a change of pace and different challenges when I joined in part -time administration role in 2003. I am now the Business Manager ensuring the ongoing viability of the organisation and facilitating the work of the team through fundraising, office and Information Technology support.
Prior to Emerge, I worked for many years in the health service as a medical scientist and deputy laboratory manager. I have now completed the graduate diploma in Not for Profit Management.
I love the team here, they are always ready to lend a hand. I’ve seen many people helped to overcome some of their life’s greatest challenges and I feel privileged to have this opportunity everyday.
