Transition
Emerge’s Transition Programme provides a year of support and individual mentoring for students with experience of disability in their last year of school.
We know from the schools we work with, and the parents who contact us, that there are many young people who could benefit from support through the process of transitioning from school.
Entry into the Ministry of Social Development Transition services is strictly limited to High and Very High Needs ORS students in their last year of school.
Because of this, Emerge continues to raise funds so we can offer transition services to more young people with experience of disability who are preparing to leave school.

Exploring Futures 2012 and beyond
Exploring Futures is a great resource designed to support young people with disabilities as they prepare to make decisions about where to next.
