Transition Consultant Fixed Term
Start Date 4th February 2012
We are offering a 12 month position in our transition team. Emerge offers an exciting program to young people moving from school to the world beyond – helping them plan and become involved in further education, employment, recreation and community activities. We need an additional team member who is positive, creative, active and an all-round great communicator.
You will be working with a wide range of people including students and their whanau, educators, employers, community organisations and recreation providers.
You will need access to a vehicle, and to undergo a NZ Police check.

Supported Employment and Transition Consultant Fixed Term – Parental Leave cover
Start Date 18 February 2012
We are looking for an enthusiastic, vital person to be a part of our team. We are a supported employment and transition services for people with disabilities.
This position is for 40 hours per week and is based in and around Wellington. It is a fixed term position for 6 months covering parental leave.
We are looking for someone who is an independent team player who is a great communicator – written and verbal – and enjoys a challenge. You will need to have access to a vehicle, for which a mileage allowance is paid.
